Spanish Property Portal is a Tenerife based online property database designed to connect buyers and sellers of Spanish Property and also Spanish holiday home owners who wish to rent their properties for short or long term lets. From Tenerife we run our Estate Agency which is called Tenerife Property Portal and Palm Mar Properties. We launched Spanish Property Portal in August 2003 with the intention of bringing together property buyers and sellers through the internet. We charge no commissions as we fund this site through advertising property at a fair price.
Buyers and Renters make direct contact with our advertisers, when a buyer makes an enquiry they fill out a further details request and this is sent direct to the property advertiser. Unlike some Spanish Property web sites we do not require you to register before using the system.
