1. SpanishPropertyPortal.com reserves the right to alter or amend any advertisement submitted by advertisers.
2. SpanishPropertyPortal.Com cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the advertiser for any reason whatsoever.
3. SpanishPropertyPortal.Com accepts no responsibility of any nature for the content of the advertisement.
4. SpanishPropertyPortal.Com reserves the right to delete any advertisement it considers abusive,offensive or misleading. No refunds will be given.
5. All prices for Property Rentals and Sales are in Euros with a currency converter to UK Sterling conversion for guidance only.
6. Any photographs or material sent to be placed manually into our database will be destroyed afterwards unless a stamped addressed envelope is provided.
7. SpanishPropertyPortal.com does not warrant that the operation of the SpanishPropertyPortal.Com site will be uninterrupted or error free. In this case SpanishPropertyPortal.com will not be responsible for any damages to the advertiser including loss of profit or indirect damages.
8. Advertisers are entirely responsible for all content and postings to SpanishPropertyPortal.Com and indemnify SpanishPropertyPortal.com against any costs incurred relating to the content of advertisements.
9. SpanishPropertyPortal.Com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright law resulting from material supplied by advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he /she / company is / are the owner of the copyright and indemnifies SpanishPropertyPortal.Com against any action brought for breach of copyright.
10. SpanishPropertyPortal.Com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for inclusion in its database.
11. All advertisements are on a 12 month basis. If an advertiser decides to remove their property from the database within this period no refunds will be given.
12. Payment is normally via World Pay using a credit or debit card. However if an advertiser should wish to they may send a cheque for the cost of the advertisement. Normally all cheques should be in pounds sterling, however if the advertiser wishes to they may send a cheque in Euro's but SpanishPropertyPortal.com will charge an extra processing fee of 5% to cover additional costs of processing the payment.
